I can't access my course even tho I paid. What's going on?

Check to see if you're using the same account, email address, and accessing the right course.

Usually, this is because you are not signed in to the same account you used to enroll and make payment. Some of our students have multiple accounts on our website. Check your email inboxes for the receipt you received when you made payment and see which email address that receipt was sent to. Make sure you're logging in with that email address.
